Most people who saw this photo in my portfolio said that this is one of the best pictures I have there. I dunno why but they can’t get their eyes off this photo. I mean I love this shot and all. HAHA! They said I should blow it up or have it framed, something like that. I said, of course. After I print another copy of it. :)

So I have been accepted to 2 companies and they both wanted me to start at the same day, same time. I know I only had to choose 1 of them. So after thinking things through, I’ve decided to go with my guts. LOL. I chose ACG because I know that I will learn more from them. It’s more like straying away from the mainstream “Mass Communication” Internship. Though I’ve tried to some of them and luckily I got in but still. 200 hours is hard to kill. That’s the required time we need to finish. UGH.

Tomorrow, I’ll be going to the Pre-Orientation of interns there. Hopefully I would not feel awkward there. HA!HA!HA! After that, maybe I’ll go to school and get my Certificate of Registration for this year’s summer enrollment. Right, we don’t have summer vacations, we have summer work of 200 hours!

Wish me luck! lol.

More like on the job DRAINING. This is the most crucial part of our year (aside from productions and stuff) in FEU. As Mass Communication students, we are required to do both Thesis and a 200-hour Internship. The internship of course means NO SUMMER, right, this summer. HAHA! Anyway, I have applied to many companies, such as, AdPhoto, Different Strokes Productions, Probe Productions, Vitalstrats Creative Solutions, Summit Media, Brainsells and PCIJ. Though almost a lot of them replied to my emails and said that I should submit my CV or Resume for consideration, which I did, they haven’t contacted me YET. LOL. I know I’m gonna sound stupid but I gave up with Summit Media. I got in for an interview but I declined. Not gonna state my reasons. In AdPhoto, I’ll have a meeting with them on Monday, complete with my resume and portfolio of work. Like, yeah, I’ll print a portfolio of mine. Another is Different Strokes, they have been emailing me to submit my hard copy of resume, I mean it’s not that hard but I live so far from their main office! The most shocking thing here is when PCIJ immediately answered back to my email. And so, I did everything they wanted me to and so, I was shocked to see that I have made it to the Shortlist Applicants. Shortlist means that the chosen students/applicants must have an exam. And then it hit me, an EXAM? Well, yeah. I just have to accept it because I really want to spend my 200-hour internship there. What shocked me the most is that, the essays they want from me, as an application thing, I just made those like for 30 minutes and immediately sent them my entries. Of course I wrote sensible things there but yeah. I was pretty shocked. So, I chose the exam date, which is TOMORROW! 2pm at their office in Timog. I’ll do my best and pray that I would pass the exam. Hopefully I’ll get in and start already. I mean not just me, but also everyone who’s out there looking for an Internship Site J We can do this! HAHA!

Sorry if I haven’t been able to post photographs/blogs here. It’s just, school works are getting harder+they are multiplying everyday! My routine now (until this semester ends) is wake up-bathroom-back to my room-change clothes-catch up on a book I haven’t finished(*if possible)-go to school-attend my 3 hour subject-eat brunch-meeting with blockmates(production’s on going)-go home-take a bath-sleep. Repeat steps all over again the next day. HAHAHA!
